We’re looking for an  experienced Traffic Manager who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and collaboration – someone who can bring calm to complexity and help our teams deliver exceptional work, on time and on budget. You will need to ensure the efficient scheduling, production and on time delivery of projects across creative and digital departments.

Why this role is different

This is a pivotal role within the agency, responsible for managing the flow of work across our creative, strategy and digital teams. 

You’ll ensure projects are scheduled efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and deadlines are consistently met – all while supporting a positive, solutions-focused team environment.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the scheduling and flow of projects across creative, strategy and digital teams
  • Allocating work effectively across designers, writers and freelancers to balance workloads and meet deadlines
  • Monitoring team capacity and proactively resolving bottlenecks or resourcing challenges
  • Communicating project status clearly with Account Service, General Manager and internal teams
  • Supporting teams with clear timelines, workflow direction and quality control (including Creative Director approvals)
  • Managing smaller projects end-to-end where required
  • Contributing to project profitability by monitoring time vs. estimates and improving efficiencies
  • Maintaining high standards in StreamTime for scheduling, reporting and forecasting
  • Participating fortnightly WIP meetings and daily stand ups

 

You will:

Work experience and skills:

  • Experience as a Traffic Manager within a creative, digital or integrated agency
  • Strong background managing workflows across creative, strategy and digital projects
  • Proficiency in traffic management software StreamTime is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of project profitability, forecasting and managing overages
  • Experience working with freelancers and external suppliers
  • Excellent organisational and reporting skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions-oriented
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude
