Jenni draws on deep experience across operations, finance, business development, client relationship strategy and people & culture strategy to identify gaps, unlock potential, and drive strategic growth.
Jenni joined Marlin as she was inspired by the passion and commitment of both Dan & Karl to help charities and not-for-profits do their best, most meaningful work.
In addition to her commercial results, she has a proven track record in naming, branding, way-finding, marketing and communications, packaging, retail & graphic design as well as website and digital solutions.
Jenni is motivated by purpose, proud to work in this sector, and always focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for the clients and causes we serve.

Her experience includes helping activate and deliver the Academy for Enterprising Girls, relaunching HIPPY Australia’s multilingual website, and collaborating with Infoxchange on the Digital Transformation Hub, which now supports thousands of nonprofits across Australia and Southeast Asia. She brings experience across projects spanning climate, health, education, economic empowerment and disability.
At Marlin, Mel helps nonprofit clients build pragmatic digital solutions that strengthen donor relationships and increase funding capacity. She combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using analytics and user testing to inform decisions while developing multi-year roadmaps and scoping custom applications that deliver lasting impact.

During her time at Marlin, Aimee has provided art direction that has helped to successfully drive results on numerous campaigns for organisations including Greenpeace, RULE Prostate Cancer and Ronald McDonald House, as well as leading the impactful rebrand of Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
Throughout her career, she has shaped successful rebrands for organisations such as SBS and designed campaigns for major companies including Dyson, Sydney Mardi Gras, Victoria Government and Optus.
Driven by a strong belief in the power of creativity as a force for good, she approaches each brief with conceptual depth and a commitment to delivering work that not only looks beautiful but also makes a genuine impact.

Jasmine began her career working for a successful e-Commerce startup, before honing her Account Management skills at a multinational advertising agency.
Now she’s doing what she loves.

This background allows her to truly put herself in her clients’ shoes, ensuring every initiative is both impactful and achievable.

She’s passionate about providing audiences a holistic experience across digital and direct channels. Adela utilizes the principles of UX thinking and work in her approach to communications strategies.
She brings over ten years of experience delivering effective digital and direct communications—and, more importantly, creating meaningful audience engagement. She began her career at Médecins Sans Frontières Australia, where she spent five years working across fundraising and supporter engagement, before moving into the tech sector, where she led website development, digital marketing, and communications strategy across a range of platforms and teams.

Before joining Marlin, Cassie managed national membership and engagement initiatives at the Regional Australia Institute, and has held senior communications roles with LiveBetter Community Services and Forbes Shire Council. With a background in design and storytelling, she brings a thoughtful, collaborative, and creative approach to every project.

At Marlin Communications, Katy plays a key role in supporting the team with daily operations. She contributes across multiple areas including database management, marketing, website coordination and social media development, helping to ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Katy is passionate about delivering an excellent client experience and takes pride in maintaining smooth operations across the team. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards make her an integral part of the Marlin team.

She’s spent the past three years at Marlin Communications helping Australia’s leading not-for-profits grow awareness, acquire donors, and build lasting supporter engagement through smart, impactful digital campaigns.
With a background in digital advertising, email journeys, content creation, and conversion-focused A/B testing, Rachel brings both strategic insight and heart to every project she leads.

She has recently discovered a passion for the charity sector and is highly motivated to dedicate her career to driving meaningful social change. This commitment shines through in her dedication to ensuring Marlin delivers its best possible work.
With a genuine appetite for learning and a curiosity for best practice, Jemma brings exceptional people skills and strong project management capabilities—making her a perfect fit for our account service team.

She is passionate about creating work with accessibility in mind. Believing that designing beyond the “average” leads to truly extraordinary outcomes.
Outside of Marlin, you will find her exploring new places, collecting inspiration for designs, and petting every dog that walks past.
Driven by designing for good, Lauren strives to create work that is not only visually striking, but also meaningful and memorable.

Jody began designing magazines in the UK, before returning to Sydney and working at a publishing house. She has worked as an in-house designer, and also for the advertising agency George Patts Y&R.
For the past twenty years Jody has specialised in the not-for-profit sector, for clients including Variety the Children’s Charity, Vinnies, Life Education and Youngcare. Since joining Marlin in 2020, Jody has worked across projects for a range of organisations including Baker Institute, Aspect, Médecins Sans Frontières, Paralympics Australia and Mission Australia.
Outside of work, Jody has volunteered as a Wishgranter with Starlight, a Primary Ethics teacher, sat on numerous school & sporting committees, and headed up many successful fundraising events. She also runs an amateur performing arts group, and strongly believes in the power of community.

From configuring backend settings to designing donation forms, managing data flows, integrating with CRMs, and optimising analytics and experiments, Martin has the technical breadth to ensure every component of a digital solution works together efficiently.
He is passionate about creating streamlined, user-focused systems that simplify complex processes, enhance productivity, and drive measurable outcomes for organisations. Martin is committed to leveraging technology in ways that help NFPs focus on their mission while delivering high-quality, scalable results.

He has delivered projects ranging from custom websites to complex WooCommerce implementations with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability. John takes a hands-on, problem-solving approach—whether it’s troubleshooting hosting environments, optimising speed, or resolving complex technical issues.
Passionate about meaningful digital work, John is committed to helping organisations strengthen their online presence and deliver impactful user experiences.

With a proven track record in high-impact tail-wag campaigns and community outreach at local parks, Rocket specialises in building authentic connections and driving loyalty across diverse audiences.
From overseeing projects to leading cross-functional collaborations between the kitchen and the couch, Rocket excels in campaign execution.
His expertise spans attention-grabbing entrances, persuasive eye contact, and strategic timing… particularly around lunchtime initiatives.
When he’s not helping the team, Rocket can be found conducting field research on walks, testing new products (sticks), or refining his bark-to-conversion ratio.
