Digital Strategy
Camp Quality was at a digital crossroads. Half-way through their five year strategic plan, they needed to determine a complementary digital strategy to help guide the organisation’s digital approach.
In order to help, we needed to fully immerse ourselves in the organisation’s structure, so we interviewed key stakeholders, from the CEO to delivery teams.
Our process uncovered three roadblocks.
- At a digital content and platform level, each department acted independently of each-other.
- There was a lack of procedure in how each department’s needs are translated online.
- There was a bottleneck of responsibility, placing an undue burden on a single individual to manage online and digital tasks.
By understanding the needs of Camp Quality as a whole, we developed a strategy that helped resolve key issues in their integration and use of digital tools.
Together with the committed team at Camp Quality we uncovered a way to utilise their existing process and plan an effective roadmap for their future.
